MEP Estimate-X brings BOQ import, Mechanical and Electrical estimation, breakdowns, quantity surveying and export into a Windows desktop workflow. Online processing requires a verified account, an authorized device and an internet connection. Commercial launch and public downloads are not yet open.

USD 0. Four processing runs shared by the account across its devices, not four per device. No payment card or credit code is required and the trial does not automatically become a subscription.
Quick Drop is locked throughout the free trial. Other productive processing is available only within the applicable trial allowance. At zero remaining runs, productive processing is locked; saved files remain yours.
Monthly subscription · USD 4.99
USD 4.99 per month, recurring. Monthly processing allowance included. Access paid features, including Quick Drop, across up to two authorized devices sharing one account. An active paid subscription and positive applicable allowance are required. Subscription usage details.
The optional crossed-out USD 12.99 is a reference price, not a charge or a claim about a verified former selling price. No savings percentage or offer deadline is asserted.
Renewal is monthly until cancelled. Applicable tax, currency conversion and the final amount must be shown before payment. Cancellation stops future renewals; see the Terms and Refund Policy.
Add 10 More Runs · USD 1.99 one-time
One USD 1.99 payment adds ten processing runs to the same account. This is an optional one-time add-on, not another subscription. An active paid subscription is required to buy and use the add-on; it does not reactivate an expired subscription.
A second authorized device does not duplicate trial, monthly or purchased runs. Productive actions, including Quick Drop, pause when the applicable allowance is exhausted.

Subscription usage details: The included monthly allowance is 40 processing runs per monthly billing period, shared across the account’s authorized devices. Productive actions, including Quick Drop, pause when the applicable allowance is exhausted.
One successfully completed processing workflow consumes one shared run. Delivering an existing authorized output does not create a second run charge; failed or cancelled operations do not count as successful runs. Counts are not separate per device or discipline. The application displays the relevant allowance. Contact support about an unexpected deduction; purchasing more runs does not waive refund rights.

At launch, subscriptions and additional-run purchases start inside the Windows application, followed by secure Paddle browser checkout on an approved domain. No payments are currently collected; Paddle approval and integration verification are still required. Subscription management is available from the app and official Paddle links once enabled.
